Carmen has many years of real estate experience above and beyond gaining her liscense thru the Calgary real estate board 15 years ago. She has experience in new homes, rentals, renovations, flips, heritage homes, working with builders and more. She is a master marketer on listing homes calling into play relationships with clients and colleagues while still thrilled by the chase of working with a buyer to find the right home or investment. Having grown up rurally outside Edmonton, Carmen moved to calgary in 1999. She loves spending time with her four children and husband and cooking for friends and the like. Her priority is always the client and making the transition in or out of a home an easy and seamless process.
