Paul has been an owner/operator in customer service related businesses for over 20 years and is blessed to have been brought up in the Real Estate industry. His Mother and colleague, Terry Paterson-O’Rourke, has served the Calgary real estate market for close to 30 years. Paul is best known by his clients for his passion, energy, attention to detail and putting the needs of his clients before all else. He prides himself on helping to educate his clients on the real estate market and seeing them realize the best possible price for the sale or purchase of a home in the least amount of time. Paul’s greatest passion and joy comes from his family; wife Natalie, son Hunter and daughter Baylor. The Paterson’s have resided in Calgary for over 40 years and are actively involved in their community. Currently Paul volunteers as a board member in the Glenlake Minor Hockey Association and is the co-founder and director of a not for profit, spring hockey team.
