In his early career, Clint completed several hundred leases and sales for various sized corporations in the Silicon Valley, Northern California. Clint was actively involved in several transactions in Boston, San Francisco, Atlanta and New York which helped rank him #6 nationally in 2001. Now residing in the Calgary area, he specializes in industrial/commercial real estate in Western Canada. Born and raised in Calgary has allowed him to develop lifelong relationships in the oil & gas sector. Currently Clint specializes as a representative to corporate clients requiring space in rural industrial markets. The experience of his involvement with large public companies at the corporate level and how real estate managers prefer a process for transactional real estate and problem solving, combined with his knowledge of the brokers, developers, builders and vendors required in the local rural industrial market provide a unique mix of information that is invaluable for a corporate client.
